Honesty and transparency are values that we foster at every step

While successfully taking care of your needs, we also ensure the transparency and good reputation of our company. We implement this by basing our activities on Autokurtas Code of Ethics, and we have also joined the Clear Wave initiative. To ensure that the Transparency Policy of the company is applied at every step, we have created a separate system of information on possible breaches. It allows anonymously reporting cases of fraud, bribery, embezzlement, violence, sexual harassment and other similar cases that are contrary not only to the values of our company, but also to Lithuanian laws.

Reports on possible violations are recorded in our system automatically. We do not collect information about the IP addresses of the message senders or the ID numbers of the devices used. All information received is encrypted and is not accessible to unauthorised persons. To ensure as best anonymity as possible, follow these tips:

  1. Make sure that you are not providing your personal information (first name, surname, e-mail address, etc.)
  2. If possible, do not send a message from a company computer or network. Otherwise, there is a risk that the web pages you have visited will be saved in your browser history or in the company’s network register. It could be safer to use a public or mobile Internet connection as well as a VPN service.
